Each year, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association sets the standards of excellence for air duct cleaning companies to ensure that HVAC systems are assessed, cleaned and restored at the highest levels of efficiency.


What is a NADCA Certification?

Florida Air & Filtration, a Carolina Filters Company is proud to be a member of NADCA. As a NADCA member, Carolina Filters has:Industrial contractors on scissor lifts safely installing large overhead ventilation ductwork to ensure optimal facility airflow.

  • Signed a NADCA Code of Ethics
  • Invested time and resources to educate and train our team members.
  • Participated in continuing education and our certified team members have taken ongoing recertification exams.
  • Cleaned and restored HVAC systems in accordance with the highest NADCA standards. (Current NADCA standards can be found here.)

NADCA offers two unique certifications: The Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and the Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI). These certifications are stand-out seals of professionalism within the industry. It shows our clients that our team members have put in the extra time and effort to grow their knowledge and expertise of HVAC systems.

Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) Certification

Florida Air & Filtration is proud to have ASCS certified professionals on our team.

This certification is recognized worldwide as a credential that demonstrates enhanced knowledge and skills related to HVAC system hygiene. Increasingly, many job specifications require a certified ASCS to be on a project. ASCS certified professionals have to take a number of continuing education requirements each year, as well as become recertified annually.

Certified Ventilation Inspector (CVI) Certification

Florida Air & Filtration is proud to have CVI certified inspectors on our team.

The CVI certification is recognized world-wide as a credential recognizing the individual is qualified to perform inspections of commercial HVAC systems. Developed specifically for industry professionals involved in inspections of these systems, the CVI certification enhances professional development and is a gold standard seal of knowledge and skills associated with HVAC system hygiene and inspection.
